On my way to you' is about my children of 3 and 10 years old. They are currently living in New Zealand for a year. New Zealand is still completely locked down due to the COVID travel restrictions. It is unclear when he will be able to visit them. This upbeat song, and this clip, is a kind of 'dream' of finally being allowed to go to New Zealand, to see my children again. When I thought about the music of this song, I thought of a road song. But when I spoke to my son about my idea for this song he said the music video should be filmed in a plane. Thus we filmed the video in a plane. ;-)
