For March, get ready for grand openings in Texas and Utah! Two brand-new warehouses will welcome shoppers in Liberty Hill and Forney, Texas, while another will open its doors in South St. George, Utah. And this is the part most people miss: Costco has strict membership guidelines, and they've been enforcing them more rigorously lately. Only the primary cardholder can use the membership card, and the photo on the card must match the person using it. Each primary member can add one free household cardholder who lives at the same address, and they'll receive their own card. Members can bring up to two guests per visit, but only the member can make purchases, and guests must be accompanied. For an additional fee, you can add an authorized cardholder who doesn't reside at your address, and they'll also receive their own card.
